We have instruments such as mechanics, chemistry, physics, etc., which can perform tensile strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus of film; friction coefficient, surface tension, thickness, heat shrinkage rate, heat seal strength, gloss, haze, etc. For project testing, it is also equipped with auxiliary equipment such as microscopes and thick slice cutters. It can meet various testing requirements required by the national standard of biaxially oriented polypropylene film.

We implement a comprehensive quality management model. Our quality control in the production plan formation stage: that is, the quality control, production, technology, warehousing and sales departments maintain close contact before production. After fully analyzing the factors affecting product quality, we will formulate production based on needs and effective expectations assessment. The plan is passed to the material supply department and technical support department, and the product design of major material supplier audits, plant facilities, instruments and equipment, production processes, packaging materials, packaging methods, raw and auxiliary materials, intermediate quality standards, etc. Technical preparation work to ensure that the manufacturing process can consistently produce products that meet the requirements of quality standards.
Our quality control at the input stage: the material and quality management departments jointly carry out the material supply channel packaging, labeling and internal quality acceptance inspection in strict accordance with the established standards. Inventory maintenance and outbound inspection to prevent material contamination and confusion, and ensure that materials entering the production system meet production quality requirements.
Our quality control in the production stage: Quality is produced, and "6S" is promoted throughout the production process. On-site management mode: 1S. Organize: Distinguish between those that are used and those that are not used, and clear those that are not used. 2S. Rectification: Neatly arrange to be used. 3S. Cleaning 4S. Cleaning: Remove dirt on site to prevent pollution. 5S. Literacy: Employees must do things according to regulations, work carefully and be responsible. 6S. Safety: Operate according to specifications to ensure product quality.
Our quality control in the finished product stage: the final quality audit release and quality tracking process of the product. The quality inspector inspects each batch of product with a scientific and rigorous attitude, inspection methods and critical eyes. The batch production records are reviewed to determine whether the finished product is released.
Product release is not the end of product quality control. All products strictly implement the sample retention observation system, and timely follow-up quality monitoring of sample retention products provides a basis for ensuring product quality stability and continuous quality improvement.
Our quality problem handling philosophy: from quality accountability and result assessment to cause analysis and continuous implementation of quality improvement.
